Thank you for shopping with Crowno Watches. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order processing

We process orders within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

  • European Union
  • United Kingdom

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times below are estimated from the date your order ships, after the processing time above:

United States: approximately 2–4 weeks, or 10–20 business days.
European Union and United Kingdom: approximately 2–4 weeks, or 10–20 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays, local holidays, weather events, or other factors outside our control may occasionally extend delivery times.

Import duties and taxes — included, with no surprise fees

All applicable import duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout.

Your order ships on a Delivered Duty Paid, or DDP, basis. This means you should not be charged additional customs duties, import taxes, or import fees when your order is delivered.

The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

If you are unexpectedly charged customs duties, import taxes, or carrier import fees on delivery, please contact us at support@crownowatches.com with a copy or photo of the charge, and we will help resolve the issue.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. Please allow a few days after shipment for tracking information to begin updating.

Our fulfillment partners

Crowno Watches works with trusted third-party fulfillment partners who ship orders on our behalf. This allows us to bring you quality timepieces at fair prices.

Although our fulfillment partners may ship orders on our behalf, your purchase is made directly from Crowno Watches, and Crowno Watches remains responsible for customer support, returns, refunds, and warranty claims.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@crownowatches.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipment.

Delays, lost, or stuck packages

While we work hard to get your order to you on time, international shipments can occasionally be delayed.

If your order has not arrived within one week after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@crownowatches.com and we will help track it down.

If your order is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, except where the delivery issue resulted from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
