How long will my order take to arrive? We process orders within 1–3 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks (about 10–20 business days), depending on your location. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
Why does delivery take a few weeks? Each Crowno is shipped directly from our production partner and prepared with care before dispatch. Because we ship direct instead of holding large amounts of mass-market inventory, delivery takes a little longer than big-box retailers — it's part of how we keep genuine quality at an honest price.
Where do you ship? We currently ship to the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free on all orders.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and a link. You can also check your status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Will I have to pay customs fees or import duties? No. All import duties and taxes are already included in your order at checkout. You won't be asked to pay anything extra when your watch is delivered — the price you see is the price you pay.
Are there any hidden fees? None. No surprise customs charges, no hidden costs at delivery. What you pay at checkout is the final price.
What is your return policy? You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. To start, just email us at support@crownowatches.com with your order number.
How do I start a return? Email support@crownowatches.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you step-by-step instructions and confirm the return address. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us — we can't accept returns that arrive without an approved request.
Who pays for return shipping? If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, you're responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend a trackable method, since we can't refund an item we don't receive.
When will I get my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer to appear on your statement.
Are your watches covered by a warranty? Yes. Every Crowno watch comes with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the delivery date.
What does the warranty cover? It covers genuine manufacturing defects — issues with the movement, materials, or assembly. It does not cover normal wear and tear (like scratches or strap wear), accidental damage, misuse, water exposure beyond the watch's stated water resistance, or damage from unauthorized repairs.
Can I change or cancel my order? Contact us as soon as possible at support@crownowatches.com. We can usually change or cancel an order before it ships. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.
