Thank you for shopping with Crowno Watches. We want you to love your watch. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations, and warranty claims work.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights that may apply to you.
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
We use the delivery date, not the order date, so shipping time never counts against your return window.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, we cover the cost of return shipping.
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, since we cannot issue a refund for an item we do not receive.
In some cases, we may offer a replacement or a refund without asking you to ship the item back. If that applies to your order, we will let you know.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible after delivery with photos and your order number.
For delivery damage, incorrect products, or visible issues, please contact us within your 30-day return window.
For manufacturing defects, you may contact us at any time during the 2-year limited warranty period described below.
If your claim is approved, we will make it right with a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.
Every Crowno watch is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the delivery date.
If a covered defect appears, contact us at support@crownowatches.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the defect.
If your warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace the watch. If repair or replacement is not available, we may issue a refund.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, once your return is approved, and place a new order for the item you would like.
This helps make sure the item you want is available and that you receive exactly what you ordered.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Depending on your bank, card provider, or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

For change-of-mind returns, any paid upgraded shipping charges are non-refundable. Standard shipping is free and therefore no standard shipping charge will be deducted.
When a return is due to our error, including a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we refund the full amount paid for the order.

We can usually cancel and fully refund an order before it ships. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and the standard return process applies.
If your order is delivered to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification.
To exercise this right, email us at support@crownowatches.com within 14 days of delivery. After you notify us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.
The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
For these cancellations, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that you have sent it back, using your original payment method.
The refund includes the original standard delivery cost. Since standard shipping is free, there is no standard shipping amount to refund. If you chose a paid upgraded shipping option, we refund only the standard delivery rate.
These rights are in addition to your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods, which are not affected by this policy.
